No. Budget 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete the installation, then enjoy your enhanced espresso machine. Tensor One is designed for symbiotic installation with no irreversible changes to your machine.
How do I pay? Is TWINT supported?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by card, and TWINT is available for orders in Switzerland — it appears automatically at checkout where eligible.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping on orders over 100 CHF (Switzerland), 200 EUR (Europe), and 200 USD (USA & Canada); a flat standard rate applies below those amounts. We ship to Switzerland, the EU, the UK, the USA, Canada, and Australia. Prices for Switzerland and the EU include VAT; prices for the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia do not, and any import duties may apply on delivery. We do not ship to other destinations yet.
