By placing a Tensor One pre-order, you agree to pricing, estimated fulfillment timelines, and post-purchase communication for shipping confirmation where applicable.

Pre-orders

Tensor One orders are processed as pre-orders. Delivery timing may vary based on production and logistics.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Available payment methods, including TWINT where eligible, are determined by Stripe and customer region. Any import duties or taxes may be payable on delivery for international shipments. Shipping destinations and rates are listed on our Shipping & Returns page.

VAT

Swiss addresses

PostPeripheral is a Swiss GmbH registered in Switzerland. Our annual turnover is below the mandatory VAT registration threshold as defined under the Swiss Federal VAT Act (MWSTG/LTVA). Accordingly, we are not registered for Swiss VAT (MWST) and no VAT is levied on our invoices or transactions. All prices displayed are final and VAT-exclusive.

Where our VAT registration number is listed as not applicable, the term "incl. VAT / incl. MWST" shown alongside prices indicates that the price is VAT-exclusive: no VAT is charged, and VAT will not be listed as a separate line item on your invoice.

Non-Swiss addresses

For deliveries outside Switzerland, any import VAT, customs duties, and other import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are payable on delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our prices.

We are working on establishing an EU VAT and USA sales tax inclusive scheme so that these amounts can be collected at checkout, but this is not yet available.

Right of withdrawal & returns

Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This and our return conditions, including how to exercise withdrawal and any exceptions, are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory warranty rights for defective goods remain unaffected.

Machine modifications & manufacturer warranty

Tensor One is an aftermarket modification intended to be installed on a third-party coffee machine. Installing modifications may void the machine manufacturer's warranty. PostPeripheral is not the manufacturer of your coffee machine and is not responsible for any damage to the machine, loss, or other consequences arising from the installation, use, or removal of our products. Installation is undertaken at your own risk.
